Searching for Contacts

SmartOffice Anywhere has a robust search feature that helps you locate contacts in your database quickly.

1. Do any of the following:

• On any screen size, find the Contact Search box at the top of the screen.
• On large screens, select Contacts in the navigation menu or the Contacts button on your Dashboard.

1. Select the Search box, and then type the contact’s name.

• You can enter the name in any format (last, first or first and last). As you type, SmartOffice dynamically displays results that match your search.

1. When the contact you are searching for appears in the list, select the contact’s name to open the record.
